Rathgar Care Home strives to provide our residents with best possible care. Our facilities
We have 17 fully furnished bedrooms (single, shared and with or without en suite) and social areas which offer all the facilities required to ensure our residents' comfort and enhance their care. We actively encourage residents to personalise their bedrooms and we will assist them in doing this so they have a space that feels like home.
Nurse-call systems are fitted in all bedrooms along with TV points. All bathrooms are fitted with a bath hoist and emergency call systems, while a 5-person platform lift provides easy access to upstairs bedrooms.
Our care
End of Life care is a vital part of our support to our residents. Our ageing population and the prevalence of dementia means care homes must support residents with a range of complex conditions.
We are dedicated to delivering excellent End of Life care. As a team, we are constantly improving our delivery of care through training and continual professional development.
So far, we are proud to have achieved the Gold Standard Framework in end of life care. This means that our residents remain with us at the end of their life.
